Crab Salad Recipe
This Crab Salad will mesmerize any eater, be it fussy or easy. If you don't want to be a big sinner, don't simply read this Crab Salad recipe, try it as well.
Ingredients
1 package (about 6 ounces) frozen king crab meat, thawed and drained
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons bottled Italian-style dressing
4 dashes liquid red pepper seasoning Parsley
4 lemon wedges
Directions
Cut crabmeat into medium size chunks, carefully removing any bony tissue; combine with celery in a small bowl.
Sprinkle with salad dressing and pepper seasoning; toss to mix well.
Serve in small scallop shell shape dishes or salad plates; garnish with parsley and a lemon wedge.
Note Double this recipe for a main dish salad to be served in lettuce cups.
