Crab Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| King crab package | 1 , drained | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 tablespoons bottled Italian-style dressing | ||
| 4 dashes liquid red pepper seasoning Parsley | ||
| Lemon wedges | 4 | |
Directions
Cut crabmeat into medium size chunks, carefully removing any bony tissue; combine with celery in a small bowl.
Sprinkle with salad dressing and pepper seasoning; toss to mix well.
Serve in small scallop shell shape dishes or salad plates; garnish with parsley and a lemon wedge.
Note Double this recipe for a main dish salad to be served in lettuce cups.
