Crab Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 hamburger rolls | ||
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Crabmeat | 1/2 pound | |
| 2 tablespoons celery, minced Tabasco sauce | ||
| Lettuce | ||
| 8 strips pimiento Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 4 dill pickles | ||
Directions
Toast the hamburger rolls.
Pick over the crabmeat.
Discard any bits of shell or cartilage.
Combine the crabmeat, celery, 3 to 4 drops of Tabasco sauce, and 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce.
Add the mayonnaise.
Place a leaf of lettuce on each roll.
Divide the crabmeat mixture among the rolls.
Garnish with pimiento strips and a dill pickle.
