| Crab meat- 1 to 2 cups, fresh or canned | ||

Directions
MAKING
1.Make a white sauce of the fat, flour, cream, soda and seasonings.
2.Add chopped cooked crab meat.
3.Arrange squares of buttered toast on a hot platter.
4.Pour the crab mixture over them, sprinkle with grated cheese
