Recipe Story

Crab Rangoon are deep fried & are a very popular appetizer in America.Crab Rangoon are traditionally stuffed with crab meat,cream cheese & scallions. It is crispy on the outside & juices from the inside.

Ingredients

 
4 oz. cream cheese
 
1/2 can crab meat
 
2 diced green onions
 
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
 
1/4 tsp. A1 sauce
 
Wonton skins
 
Egg white
 
Oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well but for the egg white & oil.Use the mixture as a filling for wonton skin.Fill the skin with the mixture & brush edges with egg white & seal it.
Heat oil in a pan & deep fry in it,fry it till it turns golden brown.
Serve with red sauce & boiled rice.
