Crab Meat Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 12 Ounce, frozen | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 3 tablespoons bread or cracker crumbs | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Flour for hands | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
Directions
Mix together thoroughly the crab meat, bread or cracker crumbs, and egg.
Make small balls with floured hands; refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile make batter of flour, egg, and water; blend until well-mixed, if it remains lumpy, it's all right.
Heat oil; dip balls into batter, then fry in hot oil.
Drain on paper toweling.
Serve with soy sauce, if desired.
