Crab Meat Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
1 can condensed cream of mushroomsoup
1 can condensed cream of asparagus soup
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 c. light cream
1 6 1/2 oz. can crab meat
1/4 c. cooking sherry (opt.)
Butter
Directions
Combine soups; stir in milk and cream.
Heat to boiling over medium heat.
Add crab meat; heat thoroughly.
Add sherry just before serving.
Float a chunk of butter on top.
