Crab Meat A Lasardi Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), warmed | |
| 12 asparagus spears, cooked just tender | ||
| 1 cup Sardi Sauce | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Sprinkle crab meat with sherry; set aside for 10 minutes.
Turn crab-sherry mixture into a heated shallow baking dish; arrange asparagus spears on the top, cover with Sardi Sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is lightly browned, and serve piping hot.
