Crab Meat A Lasardi Recipe

1 1/2 cups cooked crab meat (bony tissue removed)
 
1/4 cup sherry, warmed
 
12 asparagus spears, cooked just tender
 
1 cup Sardi Sauce
 
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Sprinkle crab meat with sherry; set aside for 10 minutes.
Turn crab-sherry mixture into a heated shallow baking dish; arrange asparagus spears on the top, cover with Sardi Sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is lightly browned, and serve piping hot.
