Mayonnaise-7 cups
 
Chili sauce-1/2 cup
 
Lemon juice-2 tablespoons
 
Worcestershire sauce-1 tablespoon
 
Dash of angostura bitters
 
Dash of hot sauce
 
Onion powder-1/4 teaspoon
 
Crab meat-1 pound
 
Salad greens- as needed
 
Hard-cooked eggs4-6, sliced
 
Tomatoes-4, cut in wedges
 
Lemons-2, cut in wedges

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, bitters, hot sauce and onion powder. Refrigerate it.
2)Take a large bowl or individual salad bowls and line with salad greens.
3)Pile the crab meat mixture in it.

SERVING
4)Garnish with eggs, tomatoes and lemon. Top with mayonnaise mixture and serve.
