Crab Imperial Recipe
Crab Imperial -as far as my husband is considered is the king of Seafood dishes. Its addictive and tantalizing taste is simply irresistible. Try this wonderful Crab Imperial recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound crab meat, cartilage removed | ||
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Mayonnaise | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Butter to grease casserole | ||
Directions
Heat butter; saute green pepper 2 minutes.
Add mustard, paprika, salt, and flour; let bubble.
Stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and is thickened.
Blend in Worcestershire sauce.
Mix crab meat with egg yolk and may onnaise; add to sauce.
Spoon into buttered casserole.
Bake in 375°F toaster oven 20 minutes or until hot.
