Crab-Fruit Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat or 6 ounces cooked crab meat, chilled | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 13 1/2 Ounce, chilled | |
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice, vinegar, chives, and salt; chill thoroughly.
Just before serving, break crab meat into chunks and remove any cartilage.
Sprinkle crab meat with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Arrange crab and pineapple tidbits in 8 lettuce-lined cocktail glasses.
Spoon chilled dressing atop each.
If desired, sprinkle with additional chopped chives.
