Ingredients

 
Rice – ¾ cup, uncooked
 
Swiss Chunk Noodle Soup Mix – 1 envelope
 
Margarine – 1 tablespoon
 
Salt – 1 teaspoon
 
Water – 2 cups
 
Canned Crabmeat – 1 (7 ounces), flaked
 
Tomato – 1, sliced
 
Cheddar Cheese – finely shredded

Directions

MAKING
1) In a 3 quart saucepan, mix together the rice, soup mix, margarine and salt
2) Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring once in a while and then lower the flame to reduce to a simmer for about 15minutes till the rice is tender
3) Add in the crabmeat and heat through
4) Spoon the rice and crab mixture into individual ramekins
5) Place a slice of tomato and shredded cheese onto each ramekin
6) Broil till the cheese is melted and is lightly browned

SERVING
7) Serve them warm
