Easy Crab Cakes Recipe Video

Classic Crab Cakes - so easy and very good, these go together quickly. Serve them with a lemon wedge and some tarter sauce if desired

Ingredients

 
6oz of fresh lump crab meat, picked over to remove any shells
 
1.5-2 Tbs low fat mayo
 
1/2-1 tsp old bay seasoning
 
3 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
 
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
 
2 Tbs olive oil or butter

Directions

Combine mayonnaise with old bay seasoning, add crab meat
add parsley and breadcrumbs. Form into patties and pat some more
breadcrumbs on each side of each patty. Cover and refrigerate for
at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Melt butter or heat oil in a cast iron skillet,
over medium heat fry crab cakes turning once after about 2-3 mins.
Serve hot
