Classique Crab Bisque Recipe

Ingredients
2 10-oz (284 mL) cans cream of mushroom
1 cup (250 mL) light cream
1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 7 1/2-oz (220 mL) can crab with its juice
Juice and rind of 1 small lemon
2 tbsp (30 mL) walnuts, chopped
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a glass casserole.
Cover.
Microwave 5 minutes at HIGH, stirring twice during the cooking.
