Crab Bisque Recipe
Crab bisque is a good choice for a side dish. Bisque is usually a broth. This crab bisque recipe had a perfect blend of vegetable soups and crab meat. You will definitely like crab bisque.
Ingredients
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Green pea soup-1 can | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Beef bouillon-1 can | ||
| Crab meat | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix soups and bouillon with mixer and then pour into double boiler.
2)Stirring constantly, cook until heated through on low heat.
3)Fold in the crab meat, milk, sherry and chestnuts into soup mixture.
4)Cook until flavors are blended.
SERVING
5)Serve the crab bisque hot.
