Crab Avocado Canapes Recipe
Crab Avocado Canapes has a fine taste. The Mayonnaise and celery gives the Crab Avocado Canapes a unique taste.
Ingredients
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen crab meat, thawed, drained, and flaked Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup diced celery
1 1/2 teaspoons diced pimiento
1 teaspoon capers Mayonnaise Avocado Spread, below Thinly sliced bread (crusts removed), cut in fancy shapes
Directions
Toss crab meat with a small amount of the salad dressing.
Chill well.
When ready to make canapes, combine crab meat with celery, pimiento, and capers; mix well.
Blend with enough mayonnaise to just moisten.
Spread avocado mixture over bread and cover with crab mixture.
Garnish each canape with sprigs of watercress.
