Ingredients
Unflavored gelatin - 1 env.
Tomato juice - 1 3/4 c.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp.
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp.
Crab meat - 1/2 lb.
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup tomato juice and gelatin and heat till the gelatin dissolves.
2) Take off from the heat and add in the remaining tomato juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
3) Refrigerate till the mix turns the consistency of egg white.
4) Add in the crab meat and transfer into the mold.
5) Refrigerate till firm.
SERVING
6) Unmold on a bed of lettuce and serve.
