Crab-Artichoke Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise/Salad dressing | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup/Chili sauce | 14 Cup (224 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Frozen king crab legs | 12 Ounce | |
| Frozen crab meat | 6 Ounce | |
| Canned crab meat | 7 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Frozen artichoke hearts | 9 Ounce | |
| Hard cooked eggs | 2 |
Directions
Prepare salad dressing by whipping cream.
Combine whipped cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, catsup or chili sauce, and lemon juice.
Add salt to taste.
Chill thoroughly.
Combine greens in salad bowl.
Top with crab meat chunks, artichoke hearts, and chopped egg.
Toss salad with chilled dressing.
