Crab And Clam Pie Recipe

Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, sliced into thin rounds | |
| 9 inch pie crust | 1 | |
| Grated sharp cheddar cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Crab meat | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Razor dams | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Half and half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Freshly ground black pepper | 1 |
Directions
Scatter onion over pie crust and top with half the cheese, followed by the crab and clams.
Beat eggs lightly; add half and half and a lot of pepper to eggs.
Pour egg mixture over seafood, scatter remaining cheese on top, and bake (set pie on a baking sheet) in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing, then serve hot or at room temperature.
