Crab A La Creole Recipe
The crab a la creole is a cooked hard shell crab recipe made with lemon juice and red peppers. Made with a generous amount of butter, the crab a la creole is a lip smaking seafood preparation that will be enjoyed by any seafood lover!
Ingredients
| Hard shell crabs- 12 small or Crab meat- crab | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Red peppers | 2 To taste | |
| Butter or other fat- 4 tablespoons | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a boiler, boil the crabs twenty minutes; open and clean them and reserve the yellow fat.
2.Pour the lemon-juice over the crab-meat.
3.Melt the butter or other fat and the crab fat in a frying-pan and add then crab-meat, seasoning, and chopped peppers.
4.Cook for 20 minutes.
SERVING
5.Serve with vegetables
