 Light cream125 Milliliter
 Crushed tomatoes250 Milliliter
 Freshly cracked black pepper3 Milliliter
 Crab meat225 Gram
 Freshly grated parmesan cheese125 Milliliter
 Basil10 Milliliter
 Pasta dough1 , cut into vermicelli (Basic Variety)


In a sauce pan heat the butter, add the flour and cook 2 minutes over low heat.
Whip in the cream, simmer until a very thick sauce forms.
Whisk the tomatoes and pepper, simmer for 4 minutes.
Blend in the crab meat, cheese and basil.
Cook the noodles al dente in a kettle of boiling water, drain and place noodles in a serving bowl and pour sauce over.
Serve at once.
