Crab Vermicelli Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 45 Milliliter | |

| Light cream | 125 Milliliter | |
| Tomatoes | 250 Milliliter, crushed | |
| Cracked black pepper | 3 Milliliter | |
| Crab meat | 225 Gram | |
| Parmesan cheese | 125 Milliliter, grated | |
| Basil | 10 Milliliter | |
| 1 Basic Pasta Dough, cut into vermicelli | ||
Directions
In a sauce pan heat the butter, add the flour and cook 2 minutes over low heat.
Whip in the cream, simmer until a very thick sauce forms.
Whisk the tomatoes and pepper, simmer for 4 minutes.
Blend in the crab meat, cheese and basil.
Cook the noodles al dente in a kettle of boiling water, drain and place noodles in a serving bowl and pour sauce over.
Serve at once.
