 1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Celery with Sauteed Onion & Garlic Condensed Soup
 12 ounces crabmeat or surimi seafood, flaked
 1/4 cup each chopped celery and sliced green onions
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon peel1/8 Teaspoon, grated
 1 French bread baguette
 1/3 cup fat free shredded Parmesan cheese Paprika

Directions

In medium bowl, combine soup, crabmeat, celery, onions, lemon juice, salt and lemon peel; mix well.
Cut baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch slices; arrange slices on 2 cookie sheets.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes until toasted, turning once.
Spread 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each baguette slice.
Top with Parmesan cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
