Crab Toasts Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can Healthy Choice Cream of Celery with Sauteed Onion & Garlic Condensed Soup | ||
| 12 ounces crabmeat or surimi seafood, flaked | ||
| 1/4 cup each chopped celery and sliced green onions | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1/8 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1 French bread baguette | ||
| 1/3 cup fat free shredded Parmesan cheese Paprika | ||
Directions
In medium bowl, combine soup, crabmeat, celery, onions, lemon juice, salt and lemon peel; mix well.
Cut baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch slices; arrange slices on 2 cookie sheets.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes until toasted, turning once.
Spread 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each baguette slice.
Top with Parmesan cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
