Crab Stuffed Potatoes Recipe

| Light cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
| 1 cup sharp cheese, grated | ||
| Crabmeat | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tabasco sauce | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
Cut in half lengthwise; scoop outpotato and whip with remaining ingredients.
Refill shells and reheat at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
These freeze nicely.
