Crab Sesame Toss Recipe
Ingredients
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| French salad dressing | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained | ||
| 1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat,drained, broken into chunks, and cartilage removed | ||
| Cucumber | 1/2 Medium, sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 2 , sliced | |
Directions
In skillet over medium heat toast sesame seeds for 3 to 5 minutes or till lightly browned, stirring often; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, cheese, sugar, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; stir in sesame seed.
Combine lettuce, orange sections, crab, cucumber, green pepper, and green onions in salad bowl.
Pour dressing mixture atop.
