Crab Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 1 6 1/2 Ounce, drained, flaked | |
| 1/2 cup shredded sharp process American cheese | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons drained sweet-pickle relish | ||
| 2 tablespoons chopped green onions and tops | ||
| 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped | ||
| 3 tablespoons salad dressing or mayonnaise | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 10 slices bread, buttered generously | ||
| Tomato slices | 5 | |
Directions
Combine crab meat, cheese, celery, pickle relish, onion, egg, salad dressing, lemon juice and horseradish; spread on unbuttered side of 5 bread slices.
Add tomato slices; season with salt and pepper.
Top with bread slices, buttered side up.
Grill on griddle, sandwich grill, or in skillet till sandwiches are golden brown.
