Crab Salad Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 1 pound, drained, flaked | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Worcestershire | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 cup fine soft bread crumbs, mixed with about 2 tablespoons melted butter | ||
Directions
Combine crab meat, or crab meat and tuna, with celery, green pepper, eggs, Worcestershire, and mayonnaise; mix together with a fork.
Turn into baking dish (about 1 1/2 quart); top with buttered bread crumbs.
Heat, uncovered, in moderately slow oven (325°) for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
