 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
 Dry bread crumbs2 Tablespoon

 Milk cream2 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento, if desired
 Instant minced onion1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

In 1-quart casserole or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Spoon into 2 individual casseroles, sauce dishes or shells.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute, 30 seconds or until edges bubble.
