Crab Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie crust | 1 , prepared | |
| Crab meat | 4 1/2 Ounce, canned | |
| 2 T. chopped green onions | ||
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| Dry vermouth | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/4 Tablespoon, crushed | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together the crab meat with chopped onion, cream cheese and dry vermouth; spread it in an unbaked crust
2. In another bowl, beat eggs with heavy cream, add milk and seasonings and pour it over the crab mixture
3. Bake for ten minutes at 450°F, turn the temperature down to 350°F and bake for another forty minutes

4. Serve immediately
