Crab Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie shell | 1 | |
| Crab | 7 1/2 Ounce | |
| Green onions | 4 Large, chopped | |
| 1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese or Monterey Jack | ||
| Eggs | 4 standard (Beat together:) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Beat together:) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Beat together:) | |
| 1 1/2 tsp. mace or nutmeg | ||
Directions
Bake pie shell for 4 minutes.
Add crab, onion, cheese and egg-milk mixture.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake 10 minutes at 400°; then 35-45 minutes at 325°.
