 Pie shell1
 Crab7 1/2 Ounce
 Green onions4 Large, chopped
 1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese or Monterey Jack
 Eggs4 standard (Beat together:)
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs) (Beat together:)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Beat together:)
 1 1/2 tsp. mace or nutmeg

Directions

Bake pie shell for 4 minutes.
Add crab, onion, cheese and egg-milk mixture.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake 10 minutes at 400°; then 35-45 minutes at 325°.
