Crab Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
1 (61/2 oz) can crab (or 1/2 lb. fresh)
1/4 cup chopped olives
2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
2 Tbsp. finely minced green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely minced celery
3 drops tabasco sauce
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
24 baked miniature cream pufl shells, halved
Directions
In 1 qt bowl, combine crab, olives, onion, green pepper, celery, tabasco sauce and enough mayonnaise to make a smooth filling.
Fill shells; microwave (high), uncovered, on paper plate allowing 1 1/2-2 minutes for 12 shells.
