 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Cream of shrimp1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Crab meat1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), flaked
 Ripe olives2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Generous dash hot pepper sauce
 24 slices toast, cut in half diagonally
 1 cup shredded Cheddar, Swiss, or grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

In saucepan, cook onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except bread and cheese.
Place 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each piece of toast.
Top each with 1 teaspoon cheese.
Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
