Crab On Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Crab meat | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| Ripe olives | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Generous dash hot pepper sauce | ||
| 24 slices toast, cut in half diagonally | ||
| 1 cup shredded Cheddar, Swiss, or grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
In saucepan, cook onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except bread and cheese.
Place 1 tablespoon crab mixture on each piece of toast.
Top each with 1 teaspoon cheese.
Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
