Crab Omelette Recipe
Crab Omelet is an amazingly delicious side dish which you will enjoy with your family and friends. If you loved it, do share it with your friends also!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons canned white crab meat
2 tablespoons canned bamboo shoots
1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
2 tablespoons bean sprouts
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
Pinch Ve-Tsin
1/2 teaspoon ginger sherry
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 dessertspoon cornflour
1-2 tablespoons chicken stock
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon thinly cut boiled ham
Sliced cucumber and tomato garnish
Directions
Flake the crab meat and thinly cut in strips the bamboo shoots.
Heat the peanut oil in an omelet pan.
Add the crab meat, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, salt, sugar, Ve-Tsin, sherry, sesame oil, cornflour and stock and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the beaten eggs and cook for a further 1/2 minute.
Sprinkle the ham down the centre and fold the omelet in half.
Slide it on to a heated serving dish and garnish with the sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
