Crab Newburg With Milk Recipe
Ingredients

| Egg yolks | 3 | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed | ||
| 4 patty shells | ||
Directions
Put first 6 ingredients in blender container; blend till smooth.
Pour into saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add crab; heat through.
Serve in patty shells.
