Crab 'N Clam Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 7 1/2 Ounce, drained | |
| 8-ounce can minced clams, drained | ||
| 1-pound can French cut green beans,drained | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), roasted | |
| 2 tablespoons corn flake crumbs | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Almonds | 2 Tablespoon, roasted | |
Directions
Combine crabmeat, clams, beans, celery, flour and onion in mixing bowl.
Stir in mayonnaise and 1/4 cup almonds.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons almonds.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes
