Crab Meat with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups milk or vegetable stock | ||
| 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked | ||
| 2 cups cooked macaroni | ||
| 1 tablespoon grated | ||
| American cheese | ||
Directions
1. Clean mushrooms and saute in 2 tablespoons butter.
2. Melt remaining butter, blend in flour and seasonings, add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
3. Add crab meat, mushrooms and macaroni.
4. Pile into sea shells.
5. Top with cheese and heat in moderate oven (350°F.) 20 to 25 minutes.
