Crab Meat Supreme Recipe
Crab meat supreme is a baked crab meat recipe made with green pepper and pimientos. Prepraed with savory mustard and worcestershire sauce for flavor, the crab meat supreme is baked with milk and is rich and delicious as a filling meal.
Ingredients
| Green pepper | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 1 tsp. pimento, chopped dash paprika | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg white, slightly beaten | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 2 6 1/2 crab meat, well-drained oz. cans | ||
Directions
1. Saute green pepper and pimento until tender.
2. Whisk in cornstarch, paprika, and milk, stirring constantly. Heat until thickened and smooth.
3. Add the egg white to the sauce, stinting slowly.
4. Fold in crab meat. (Use fresh crab meat to reduce sodium content.)
5. Divide into 3 individual serving dishes and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
