Ingredients

 Crab meat1 pound, drained
 Saltine crackers20 To taste, crushed
 Worcestershire4 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper seasoning
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Prepared mustard1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Chopped parsley and lemon wedges

Directions

Flake crab into bowl with cracker crumbs.
Add Worcestershire, hot pepper seasoning, parsley, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Stir until blended.
Stir in egg.
Shape mixture with your hands into 8 flat patties.
Place wok over medium heat.
When wok is hot, add 2 tablespoons of the butter.
When butter has melted, add crab patties 2 or 3 at a time.
Cook, turning until browned on both sides (about 6 minutes total).
If needed, add remaining 1 tablespoon butter when you turn cakes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
