Crab Meat Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 1 pound, drained | |
| Saltine crackers | 20 To taste, crushed | |
| Worcestershire | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper seasoning | ||
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped parsley and lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Flake crab into bowl with cracker crumbs.
Add Worcestershire, hot pepper seasoning, parsley, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Stir until blended.
Stir in egg.
Shape mixture with your hands into 8 flat patties.
Place wok over medium heat.
When wok is hot, add 2 tablespoons of the butter.
When butter has melted, add crab patties 2 or 3 at a time.
Cook, turning until browned on both sides (about 6 minutes total).
If needed, add remaining 1 tablespoon butter when you turn cakes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
