Crab Meat New Orleans Recipe
Ingredients

| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, peeled | |
| Stalk celery | 1 | |
| 4 oz. unsalted tomato juice | ||
| 1 oz. dietetic ketchup | ||
| Pepper white | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place all the ingredients except the crab meat into a saucepan and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Add the crab, and heat through.
Serve at once in small casserole dishes.
