Crab Meat Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Tomato soup | 1 10 1/2 Ounce | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Crab meat | 1 4 1/2 Ounce, flaked | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Hard-boiled eggs | 4 , hardboiled | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the undiluted tomato soup and melt cream cheese into it
2. In half a cup of cold water, soften the gelatim amd add it to the hot soup mixture
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to it and fold a cup of mayonnaise into it at the end
4. In a well greased six cup ring mould, add the mixture and chill till it sets completely
SERVING
5. Use any dressing of your choice and serve on greens
