Crab Meat Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Cream cheese | 1 Large | |
| Cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion - 1 tsp. Heaping, minced | ||
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco - few drops | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. To prepare the crabmeat, clean and shred it.
2. Marinate for 1 hour in a little lemon juice.
MAKING
3. In a bowl whip cream cheese and cream until smooth.
4. Add salt, beat in mayonnaise, onion, chives and garlic and blend well.
5. Fold in crabmeat and add Tabasco and Worcestershire.
SERVING
6. Serve with pretzels or crackers.
