Crab Linguine Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 8-ounce package linguine
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 small onion, minced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 6-ounce package frozen Alaska Snow crabmeat, thawed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Prepare linguine as label directs.
2. Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onion until tender. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Gently stir in crabmeat and cheese; heat through.
3. Drain linguine; arrange on platter; top with crabmeat mixture. Toss before serving.
