Ingredients

 
Cooking sauce
 
1 teaspoon each salt and sugar
 
4 teaspoons curry powder
 
1/4 pound boneless lean pork, finely chopped or ground
 
1 large cooked crab cleaned and cracked
 
3 tablespoons salad oil
 
1 large clove garlic, minced
 
1 medium-size onion, cut in wedges with layers separated
 
1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and cut in 1 inch squares
 
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

Prepare cooking sauce and set aside.
Sprinkle salt, sugar, and curry powder over pork; mix well.
Cut crab body in quarters; leave legs and claws whole.
Heat a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
When pan is hot, add oil.
When oil begins to heat, add garlic.
Stir once around pan, then add pork and stir-fry until pork loses its pinkness .
Add onion and green pepper to pork and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add crab and cook until heated through .
Add cooking sauce, and cook, stirring, until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Stir in egg just until egg begins to set
