Directions

Fry bacon until crisp; then crumble.
Beat eggs, Bisquick, butter or oleo, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour into large pie dish.
Sprinkle crab, cheese and bacon over top and press down gently.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
Let stand 5-10 minutes to set up.
Cut into wedges and serve.
