Crab Cheese Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| American Cheese | 8 Ounce, shredded | |
| 8 ounces natural Cheddar cheese, shredded | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed | ||
Directions
In saucepan slowly heat and stir cheeses and milk till melted.
Stir in lemon juice.
Add crab; heat.
Transfer to fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
Spear dipper on fondue fork; dip in fondue, swirling to coat.
