Crab-Cheese Fondue Recipe
This Crab Cheese Fondue is terrific! Apart from breads and vegetables it tastes good with pasta dishes too. Try out this Crab Cheese Fondue and let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
8 oz. American cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, (sharp), grated
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. crab, canned or fresh
Directions
Melt milk and cheeses in large saucepan.
Stir in lemon juice once cheese is entirely melted.
Then add crab.
Transfer to fondue pot.
Serve with cubed French bread, fresh mushrooms sauteed in butter first, partially-cooked broccoli, cauliflower flowerettes.
