Crab Chantilly with Papaya Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimientos | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| 2 cups cooked crabmeat | ||
| Lettuce leaves | ||
| Papaya | 1 , seeded, thinly sliced | |
| Fresh mint sprigs (garnish) | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, pimientos, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl.
Fold in whipped cream.
Add crabmeat.
Arrange lettuce leaves on plate.
Mound crabmeat mixture in center.
Surround with papaya slices.
Garnish with mint.
Serve immediately.
