English Crab Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 7 1/2-oz. can crab meat, drained and cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| 1 cup cooked peas | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs | 5 , hardboiled | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Bread crumbs | ||
| Butter | ||
| Lemon slices | ||
| Salt, pepper, paprika to taste | ||

Directions
Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika; add milk slowly, stirring until smooth; add crab, peas, 4 sliced hard-boiled eggs and lemon juice.
Place mixture in a casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs and dabs of butter.
Bake in a 350° oven until top browns and mixture is heated.
Garnish with rest of egg slices and lemon slices.
