Crab Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 green onion with tops, chopped | ||
| Green pepper | 1 , chopped | |
| Margarine, melted | ||
| 1 can crabmeat, boned and flaked | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hard-boiled eggs | 3 , hardboiled | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup | ||
| Salad dressing | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tabasco | 5 Drop | |
| Bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
Brown onion and green pepper in margarine.
Mix all ingredients together and put in 1/2 -quart casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
