Ingredients

 1 6 oz. pkg. King Crab
 Sharp cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Curry powder1/8 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Melted butter2 Tablespoon
 Frozen artichoke hearts package1
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Soft bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Defrost and drain crab (canned crab may be used).
Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Arrange broccoli in bottom of greased 1 qt.casserole; sprinkle grated cheese over broccoli.
Melt butter in saucepan, saute onion until golden brown.
Stir in flour, curry powder and salt.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low flame until thickened.
Stir in lemon juice; add crab.
Pour mixture over broccoli.
Mix melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
