Ingredients

 Crab meat package1 , drained
 Shredded Swiss cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, divided
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Asparagus spears package1 , cooked, drained
 Italian bread slice4 , toasted
 Egg1 , separated

Directions

In medium bowl, stir together crab meat, cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, and prepared horseradish until well mixed; set aside.
Arrange asparagus on toast; top with crab mixture.
Place on baking sheet.
In small bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
In another small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat egg yolk and remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise until light and fluffy.
Fold egg white into yolk mixture; spoon over crab mixture.
Bake in 400°F.oven 10 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
