| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Fresh gingerroot | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |

| White pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Fresh spinach | 4 Cup (64 tbs), washed, cut into shreds (Deveined) |

Directions
1. Rinse and pick over crab
MAKING
2. In a Dutch oven, combine chicken broth, onion, sherry, ginger-root, salt and pepper and boil it
3. Add spinach leaves and crab , cover and simmer for 5 minutes
SERVING
4. Serve with breadsticks
